摘要 基于营运车辆重特大交通事故状况的调查,分析了营运车辆安全运输关联对象及其管理现状,引入反馈控制与风险平衡的原理分析事故预防的可行性以及反馈控制过程中的关联对象及其关系。提出深度交通事故调查分析、营运车辆运输系统安全状态的监测与记录、违法行为风险水平与技术手段的整合提升、反馈控制技术支撑平台的搭建等4个营运车辆安全运输反馈控制关键问题及建议。 Based on the survey of commercial vehicle grave or extraordinarily serious road traffic accident, the related objects and its management status of commercial vehicle transportation safety aer analyzed. The principles of feedback control and risk balance are introduced to analyze the feasibility of accident prevention, the involved objects related to feedback control and its mutual relationship. Four key problems and advices to commercial vehicle transportation accident feedback control including deep survey and analysis of traffic accident, commercial vehicle transportation system safety status monitoring and recording, illegal behavior risk level and technical measure integration promoting, feedback control technical supporting platform building are put forward.
