基于收费站运营成本和司机排队成本的车道开启数量优化方法 被引量:7

Optimization Method for Opening Number of Lanes Based on Operating Costs of Toll Station and Queuing Costs of Driver

摘要 基于对收费站运营及司机排队的成本分析,结合排队论理论,考虑队长及服务水平限制,建立以两者总成本最少为目标函数的车道开启数量模型,确定已知交通量下的最佳开启车道数,为高速公路收费站实现有效经营提供科学的理论依据。并结合实例阐述了模型的应用过程。 The number of opening lanes is an important issue in toll station management process. Based on the cost analysis of vehicle queue and toll station, combined queuing theory and considered the limitation of queue length and service level, a number model for opening lanes is established which objective function is at the least total cost. If the traffic volume is known, this model can determine the best number of opening lanes. So it provides theoretical basis for effective management of toll station. Combined with example, the application process of the model is also described.
