基于地震监测设施建设定额的特点,运用灰色关联分析方法对定额进行综合评价,在此基础上建立招标评审综合评价模型,并结合实例说明该方法在可操作性、定量性方面的优点。同时,本文着重于地震监测设施定额实际运用的方法和技巧的研究,旨在提高地震监测定额的科学性。

Based on the earthquake monitoring facilities construction characteristics, a comprehensive evaluation of the quota was carried out by use of gray correlation analysis On this basis, a comprehensive evaluation model of bidding appraisal was established, and combining with actual example, the advantage of the method in operability and quantification was illustrated. At the sametime, this paper puts emphasizes on practically operational method and technique of earthquake monitoring facilities construction quota to increase the scientificalness of earthquake monitoring facilities construction quota.
