Recognition and Comprehending of Legal Professional Community——and the Metaphors and Statuses of Chinese Legal Professional Community Members

法律职业共同体对于中国建设法治国家有着重要的意义和作用。从理论上厘清法律职业的分类,探讨法律职业共同体的意义,分析中国法律职业共同体的现状,对于凝聚法律职业共同体成员的共识,形成一种建立在共同知识训练背景基础上所形成的共同的知识体系、思维方式,以及由此而上升为更高级的共同的理念、共同的价值追求甚至共同的信仰(即对于法治的信仰),有着积极的作用和价值。法律职业共同体的最终目的是寻求一种共同的法治理念和法治精神,推动法治国家的建设进程。

Legal professional community plays a quiet significant role in the progress of rule of law in China. It is necessary to clarify the categories, study the meaning and analyse the statusof legal professional community, which would make positive contribution to build consensus, the same knowledge hierarchy, alike way of thinking and common idea or value pursuit in the legalprofessional community members on the base of similar professional training. The ultimate purpose of legal professional community is to seek for the common idea and spirit of rule of law forpromoting the progress of rule of law in China.
