摘要
目的提高TiO2分子筛的光催化性能。方法采用溶胶-凝胶法合成以丙三醇为模板剂,以不同方式掺杂S、N的TiO2分子筛。用亚甲基蓝溶液模拟污水,用卤钨灯模拟阳光,根据样品对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率来研究掺杂后的TiO2的可见光光催化活性。结果不同制备方法得到的改性后的TiO2均表现出可见光光催化活性,其中以N和S同时掺杂所得样品催化效果最好,180分钟降解率达到75%。结论改性后的TiO2具有更好的沉降性能,便于回收利用,在污水处理领域具有广泛的实际应用价值。
Objective: To improve photocatalytic capabilities of TiO2 molecular sieve. Methods: TiO2 molecular sieve with glycerol as template agent and doped with S and N in different modes, was synthesized using sol-gel method. Simula- tion test of photocatalytic activity was performed with methylene blue in water, halogen-tungsten lamps simulating the sun light, and the degradation rate of the sample solution of methylene blue with the doped TiO2 under visible light was calculat- ed. Results: With different preparation methods of the modified TiO2 obvious photocatalytic activity was shown under visible light, in which both N and S doped sample showed the best result, with a degradation rate of 75% after 180 minutes. Con- clusion: Modified TiO2 has better precipitation performance, with easy recycling, and a practical value in the broad field of sewage treatment.
