新型弹性无机反射隔热涂料的研制

摘要 目的制备新型弹性无机隔热涂料并测试其隔热性能。方法选择不同比例的无机保温材料,添加到弹性自交联乳液中,在搅拌过程中逐步添加各种助剂,得到本实验涂料。结果确定不同组分对隔热性能的贡献,制得符合标准的弹性反射隔热涂料。结论通过连续相乳液与填料的选择和有机结合,制得新型弹性无机反射隔热涂料。 Objective: To prepare new flexible inorganic insulative coatings and test its thermal insulative properties. Methods: Different proportions of inorganic insulative materials were selected, and added to flexible self-crosslinking emul- sion, with gradual addition of various fillers in the mixing process to obtain a coating. Results: The flexible reflective insu- lative coatings were prepared with national standard, and the contribution of different eomponents to the insulafive perform- anee was determined. Conclusion: New flexible inorganie reflective insulative coatings are prepared through the choice and organic combination of filler and eontinuous emulsion phase.
