摘要 目的制备以醋酸纤维素为主材的适合于脉冲缓释胶囊用胶囊体,并优化其制备工艺。方法以灌注法制备醋酸纤维素胶囊体,以亚甲蓝来评价胶囊的渗透性,以外观、成形性、均匀度、弹性和透光性来考察胶囊的物理性能。结果醋酸纤维素胶囊体的最佳制备条件为混合溶剂比例:丙酮/二氯甲烷/乙酸乙酯2︰0.7︰0.3,浓度:10.5%,胶囊的非渗透时间大于60小时,物理性能各项指标良好。结论采用灌注法制备的醋酸纤维素胶囊非渗透性和物理性能良好,满足设计要求。 Objective: To prepare the novel impermeable capsule bodies of cellulose acetate for pulsatile drug delivery device, and optimize the preparing technique. Methods: Impermeable capsule bodies were prepared by filling method. The capsule permeability was determined with methylene blue. The capsule physical properties were evaluated by appearance, formability, body homogeneity, elasticity and lucency. Results: The best preparation technique was as follows: acetone: methylene chloride:ethyl acetate = 2 : 0.7 : 0.3, and the solution concentration was 10.5%. The impermeable time of the capsule bodies was more than 60 h. Conclusion: The inpermeability and physical properties of capsule bodies meet the design requirements.
