“快捷支付”等创新支付形式接受路径与使用意愿实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文基于技术接受模型,构建了创新支付使用意愿模型。研究结论为,对于创新支付形式的接受来说,首次使用意愿对重复使用意愿的正向影响显著;消费者感知优势和感知风险是并存的,尽管感知风险会对消费者的个体态度产生负面影响,但消费者还是有很好的使用意愿。
