4种方法治疗马颜面神经麻痹的疗效对比试验

The comparison test of four treatments′ efficacy for Peripheral Facial Nerve Paralysis of Horses

目的:观察牵正散内服外敷、针刺、TDP照射及局部按摩五位一体疗法治疗马的末稍性颜面神经麻痹的疗效。方法:把26例患畜随机分为4组,即牵正散内服外敷组,针灸、TDP照射及按摩组,盐酸士的宁组及综合治疗组,4组均治疗两个疗程后观察疗效。结果:综合治疗组的治愈率显著高于其他3组,与其他3组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:牵正散内服外敷、针刺、TDP照射与局部按摩五位一体疗法治疗马的末稍性颜面神经麻痹,其疗效明显优于其他3组,具有良好的疗效,值得临床推广。

The purpose of this article is to observe the effect of the five-way method including Qianzheng powder by oral administration and external application, acupuncture, massage and TDP irradiation to treat the horses with peripheral facial nerve paralysis. The specific method is made as follows. 26 cases of the patient were randomly divided into four groups, that is, Qianzheng powder by oral administration and external application group, acupuncture and TDP irradiation massage group, strychnine hydrochloride group and comprehensive treatment group. The effect of the four groups will be observed after two courses of treatment. The results showed that the cure rate of comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that of the other three groups. There were significant differences between it and other three groups （P〈0.05）. The conclusion is that the effect of five-way method which is used to cure the horses with peripheral facial nerve paralysis is better than the other three groups, in other words, it has a good curative effect and is worthy of clinical application
