罗非鱼非肠道组织内粪肠球菌的分离和鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 从患链球菌疾病的罗非鱼的肝、肾、血液内分离出β溶血性无乳链球菌的同时,分离出1株γ溶血性的粪肠球菌。粪肠球菌是鱼类肠道内的正常菌群,一般不会出现在其他组织器官内。在病鱼非肠道组织内发现该菌,可能是由于患病罗非鱼组织间的屏障被无乳链球菌破坏,从而引起了粪肠球菌在罗非鱼各器官间的转移。 Streptococcus agalactiae with β-hemolysis and Enterococcus faecalis with γ-hemolysis were isolated from liver, kidney and blood of infected tilapia. As normal bacteria in fish intestinal tract, Enterococcus faecalis could not exsist in other tissues. In this study, Enterococcus faecalis was isolated from non-intestinal tissue of diseased tilapia. It may be due to the fact that the tissue barriers of diseased tilapia were destroyed by Streptococcus agalactiae, and then Enterococcus faecalis could affect other tissues.
