摘要
以白肋朱顶红根尖为试材,采用常规压片法制备染色体玻片标本,并对其进行染色体核型分析。结果表明:白肋朱顶红染色体数目为2n=22,核型公式为K(2n)=2x=8m+6sm+8st,核型不对称系数(As.K%)为69.96%,核型类型为3B型。
Taking the root-tips of Hippeastrum reticulatum var.striatifolium as test materials,using the conventional crushing method to prepare the slice specimens of chromosomes and its karyotype was analyzed.The results showed that the chromosome numbers of Hippeastrum reticulatum var.striatifolium was 2n=22,karyotype formula was K（2n）=2x=8m＋6sm＋8st,and its As.K% was 69.96%.The chromosome karyotype of Hippeastrum reticulatum var.striatifolium was Type 3B.
