Shanghai: Slowdown of Growth and Structural Transformation

文章对近些年来上海经济增速放缓和结构转型进行了全面解读与评价,认为上海要实现转型的全面成功,需要紧抓第三产业工业革命的新机遇,充分发挥现有资金、技术、人才等生产要素的配置优势,加快智能制造、绿色能源和数字服务的发展。同时,上海还要继续先行先试,引导服务经济发展转型,实现外需与内需经济的联动发展,进一步推进改革开放。

Based on the period of strategic opportunity and transition in China, this paper explained the reasons of slowing down and interpreted the new contexts, new changes and new requirements of Shanghai. It concluded that the opportunity of 3rd industrial revolution, the advantage of capital, technology and human resource allocation, and also the development of intelligent manufactures, green energies and digital services could make the transition to be successful. In addition, Shanghai need to be a pioneer in reform and open-up, through the open-up development of service economy and interactive development of foreign and domestic economy.
