摘要
调整完善符合实际、顺应国家发展战略的规划,以大项目作为产业发展的抓手,创新开发模式,是天津滨海新区近年来快速发展的主要经验。同时滨海新区也面临着赶超与跨越的双重挑战、体制机制不顺和城市基本公共服务滞后问题,大力发展民营经济、理顺管理体制机制是新区未来可持续发展的保证。
