On Shadow Bank Supervision

影子银行体系的超常规发展和信用扩张,对经济和金融产生了很大影响,已经引起我国监管部门的重视。本文对影子银行体系做了简要介绍,梳理了影子银行体系对我国实体经济和金融稳定产生的影响,认为加强影子银行监管,需要完善立法,创新金融工具,推进微观与宏观审慎监管,完善危机处理机制。

Extraordinary development and credit expansion of shadow banking system is an important factor to affect financial and economic, has attracted the attention of the regulatory authorities in China. This paper gives a brief introduction on the shadow banking system, combs the shadow banking system, analyzes the impact on China＇ s economy and Financial stability from the shadow banking system and proposes regulatory suggestions on the basis of the shadow banking system in China.
