本文对转型期社会企业的概念进行辨析,分析了中国社会企业在公共政策、公众认知、市场运作和公益创新等方面存在的问题,在此基础上提出应从社会企业运营效率、社会资本与社会资源、法律环境和政策环境、资源来源和市场空间、培育和挖掘有潜质的社会企业家五个方面,提升我国社会企业发展能力的路径选择。
