摘要
微型企业资金少、规模小,技术创新难度大,甚至不可能开展技术创新;因此微型企业核心竞争力的培养主要在于非技术创新,即在管理、市场开发方面创新,以增强其核心竞争力。本文主要探讨微型企业非技术创新提升核心竞争力的基本做法。
Micro-enterprises have less capital ancl small operation income, so technological innovation is difficult and hardly affordable. But Micro-enterprises can enhance its core competitiveness by non-technological innovation, that is, by innovation in management, marketing development. This article discusses the basic strate- gies and practices of non-technical innovation for micro-enterprises.
