单侧入路夹闭双侧复杂大脑中动脉瘤 被引量：4

摘要 大腑中动脉瘤常闪为彤状复杂、宽颈以及位置表浅而多选择手术夹闭处理。对于双侧的大脑中动脉瘤多行双侧开帧．啦侧人路处删蚁侧大脯中动脉瘤的少她有报道，我们娃经单侧人路处删r一例蚁侧大腑中动脉分叉部复杂动脉瘤．脱就该动脉瘤特点、治疗经过及体会讨论如下。
