股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨髓腔狭窄、骨质疏松股骨粗隆间骨折的方法及疗效。方法采用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨狭窄处髓腔宽度≤8mill的股骨粗隆间骨折21例。结果18例获平均12(8~18)个月随访。无骨折畸形愈合、延迟愈合或不愈合。末次随访时Harris评分:优15例,良2例,可1例。结论股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨髓腔狭窄、骨质疏松股骨粗隆间骨折具有操作简单、固定可靠、并发症少等优点。
