半腱肌重建内侧支持带治疗习惯性髌骨脱位36例 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨取半腱肌重建内侧支持带治疗习惯性髌骨脱位的疗效。方法对36例习惯性髌骨脱位行外侧支持带松解后取半腱肌重建内侧支持带,关节镜下清理术后直接行内侧支持带重建。结果 36例术后获10个月～5年的随访。膝关节功能采用改良Lysholm评分标准评定,术前平均(58.2±5.4)分,末次随访时平均(95.3±6.5)分(优28例,良6例,差2例,优良率94.4%)。结论此术式简单,创伤小,疗效满意,膝关节功能恢复快;与截骨矫形相比较,患者更容易接受,是一种安全有效的方法。
