摘要
在竞争日益激烈的读者市场中,图书馆获取新读者的难度和成本越来越高,读者流失带来的损失越来越大,这就要求图书馆必须将服务营销的重点转向读者维系。文章在分析心理效应的基础上,着重探讨图书馆从潜在读者中"获得"现实读者,将偶尔读者"同化"为经常读者和把经常读者"巩固"为忠诚读者的过程和措施。
In the ever-increasing competitive readers'market, it is more costly and difficult to obtain new readers. The readers number is ever decreasing. It is the high time to redirect our attention on the maintaining of the readers. This article mainly deals with the obtaining of actual reader from the potential readers, and transfer the occasional readers into frequent ones and to consolidate the frequent ones into loyal readers.
