A Discussion on the Challenge of Domestic Embedded Librarian Development

简要回顾了嵌入式馆员的缘起,从国外嵌入式馆员的成功案例着手,剖析了嵌入式馆员服务模式的实质,着重从图书馆和嵌入组织的角度分析了国内图书馆开展这种新型服务模式面临的挑战,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。

This paper briefly reviews the origin of embedded librarians, based on the foreign embedded librarians＇successful cases and analyzes the essence of the service mode of embedded librarians, emphatically from the perspective of library and the embedded organization , the development of the new service model challenges in China, and in the light of these problems, advances some corresponding countermeasures.
