摘要 目的比较2μm激光五分法汽化切除术与等离子双极电切术(TUPKP)治疗高危前列腺增生(BPH)的疗效。方法分析该院2011年1月~2012年6月随机采用2μm激光五分法汽化切除术与TUPKP治疗高危BPH患者62例,观察两组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后留置尿管时间、手术并发症,术后住院时间等指标的差异。结果上述指标两组间比较差异有显著性。结论 2μm激光五分法汽化切除术具有操作简单、出血少、术后留置尿管时间及住院时间短等优点,是一种新型治疗高危BPH安全、有效的微创手术方法。 [Objective] To compare the 2μm laser five points method vaporization resection and plasma bipolar electrotomy (TUPKP) treatment of high-risk benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) curative effect. [Methods] From January 2011 to June 62 cases of high-risk patients with BPH treatment were analyzed using 2 μ m laser random five points method vaporization resection and TUPKP, the mean operation time, intraoperative amount of bleeding, postoperative urinary catheter time, complications, and postoperative hospital stay indexes were observed in two groups. [Results] There was statistically significant differences in the two groups of above index. [Conclusion] 2 μm laser five points method vaporization resection is a simple operation with less bleeding and postoperative urinary catheter time and shorter hospitalization time and is a new method of minimally invasive surgery for high-risk BPH.
