摘要
生物材料的玻璃化保存技术一直是低温生物学领域的研究热点,提高冷却速率是实现玻璃化保存的一条途径。介绍了常用玻璃化保存方法的操作方法,分析比较了其冷却速率和保存效果,并提出了一种新颖的玻璃化保存法。
The vitrificatiom technology for cryopreservation of biological matricals has always been a research focus in cryobiology. The cooling rate is a crucial factor to obtain a glass state. This paper reviewed some commonly - used vitrification methods. Their cooling rates and preservation effects were analyzed. A novel way to realize vitrification was put forward.
