摘要
自大田生产使用地膜开始,残留地膜的回收一直是个难题。针对这一问题,研究了高压静电场对残留地膜吸附的影响,即在电场力作用下,残留地膜将会沿电场的方向移动产生静电吸附现象。而后,将吸附残膜的高度和吸附所需的最大静电电压值的关系进行回归分析,并合理地预测模型;在MATLAB下进行曲线拟合。最后,得出二者之间的函数关系式,为准确地预测在不同高度下对残留地膜的吸附所需要的电压提供了有利的数据。
Since the field production using plastic film residue mulching, for recovery is a difficult problem all the time. Aiming at this problem, this paper studied the high voltage electrostatic field on residue mulching effects on adsorption, whereby the electric field force, the residue film will be along the field direction, the electrostatic of adsorption phenomenon. And then the adsorption film height and adsorption of a desired maximum static voltage relation regression analysis is conducted, and a reasonable prediction model, under the MATLAB curve fitting, at last obtains the two function relations between, as can accurately forecast in different height of the residue film adsorption required voltage favorable data.
