钉齿式轴流装置脱出物下落过程的高速摄像分析

摘要 利用自行研制的钉齿式轴流脱粒与分离装置,并借助高速摄像设备对装置脱出物下落过程进行了在线拍摄。通过对高速摄像图像慢放分析得出:脱出物通过凹板排出装置后,在惯性力、离心力和重力等的相互作用下,做加速向下的曲线运动。其中,籽粒的运动规律相对较好,下落过程中多数籽粒的运动轨迹为抛物线;而短茎秆下落时因易受碰撞和气流等外界因素的影响,其运动不稳定且速度波动大,下落过程中多数短茎秆的运动轨迹为不规则的曲线。 Using the self-developed spike type axial flow threshing and separating device, with the high speed camera equipment on the process of falling device extractions were photographed on line. Analysis of the slow motion based on high speed camera image: after the mixture discharged from device beneath the concave plate, with the Interaction of inertia force, centrifugal force and the gravity, they accelerated downward curve motion. The grains of the mixture were moved better than others, the majority of grain motion trajectories are parabolic in the falling process, and the short stem in the falling process is easily disturbed by external factors. So their speed was not uniform and instable. The majority of short stems had the motion trajectories which were irregular curve in the falling process.
