摘要
根据梳齿式采棉机采收台和清理装置的工作原理,针对4MCS-300梳齿式棉花收获机含杂率高的问题,设计了一种带清理装置的梳齿式采收台;并在采收台上增加清理装置,棉花由梳齿采摘下来后,直接进行清理工作。该设计主要进行对带清理装置梳齿式采收台整体结构设计,采收平台、输送系统和清理系统方案设计以及主要工作部件的设计。通过样机田间试验表明,带清理装置的采收台含杂率为11.9%。该采收台降低了籽棉含杂率,提高了清理质量,对梳齿式采棉机的推广有重要的意义。
For the high impurity rate of the 4MCS-300 comb-type cotton harvester, design of comb-type cotton harvest table with cleaning device, accorded to working principle of the comb-type cotton-picking harvest table and cleaning device. Increase the cleaning device, the cotton are picked by the comb type, directly to clean up. The design is mainly to design the overall structural of comb-type harvest table with cleaning device, design the program of harvest, transportation and clean up, and design the main working parts. For prototype field experiment, the test results show that: impurity rate of the harvest table is 11.9 %. The harvest table with cleaning device reduce the impurity rate of seed cotton, and improve the quality of the clean-up. It is an important significance to promotion the comb-type cotton harvester.
