摘要
针对烟田试验渗漏池的土壤渗漏水样本采集中存在的靠人工驻守取样以及降雨量不定等无法实现24h驻守等问题,提出了一种通过控制器控制电磁阀工作,将渗漏池中渗漏土壤水接入容器中,达到预设采样水量时,通过水泵使得容器中水样大循环均匀后,将水样引入采样瓶中,最后排出整个装置中的所有土壤水,完成一次性采样收集工作的方法。随后,提示器自动发出信号通知工作人员收集所有样本。该装置依靠机电一体化技术,工作稳定可靠,智能化较高,科学合理采集样本,可节省大量资源。
In allusion to the issue that the collection, in soil percolating water sample of tobacco field test leakage pool, exist that the manual sampling and the unsteady rainfall were unable to achieve 24-hours defend, a method is put forward by a controller to control the electromagnetic valve, which switch the leakage tank leakage soil water in the container, to reach a preset sampling, after the water pump making the container in water circulation evenly, water is drawn into the sample bottle, finally discharged all soil water in the whole device to complete a sample collection. Then the prompting device automatically sends a signal to inform staff to collect all samples. The device depends on the technology of mechanical and electrical integration, which is operating stable and reliable, and with higher intelligent, it not only can collect scientific and reasonable samples, but can economize resources.
