摘要
为了适应矮砧密植苹果苗圃规模化生产需要,结合果园苗圃现有栽培模式,应用内嵌于AIP中的ANSYS有限元分析软件,对切根铲进行了等效应力、变形量和安全系数的分析计算,设计了一种配套59kW拖拉机悬挂作业实现四行苹果苗木切根的苹果苗木切根机。田间试验表明,MQG-4型苹果苗切根机作业效果良好,劳动成本低,苗圃切根作业效率高。
In order to increase the operation could cut four line apple seedlings by one- mode. The root cutting shovel which is the c technology embedded in AIP. The field test crease the nursery operation efficiency. efficiency in the nurseries, we design a kind of root cutting machine which stroke according to our country current orchard nursery existing cultivation ritical components of this root cutting machine was analysed by the ANSYS results show that this machine has a good operation effect and it could increase the nursery operation efficiency.
