摘要
介绍了悬杯式蔬菜移栽机的工作原理、主要特征参数的分析方法。通过Visual Basic编程、Solidworks二次开发、Matlab计算分析和Access数据库技术的集成使用,以软件形式对悬杯式蔬菜移栽机栽植单体进行结构参数计算,对栽苗器结构进行优化分析,自动生成三维模型,提高了设计效率与质量。
This paper introduced the working mechanism of the cantilever cup vegetable transplanter and the analytical methods of the main characteristic parameters. Calculated the structural parameters of the transplanter unit, optimized the planting apparatus and generated 3D models in a software formed by the integrated use of Visual Basic programming, Solidworks secondary development, Matlab computational analysis and the Access database, as a result ,it improved the design efficiency and quality.
