摘要
建立了舀种勺式半精量点种器的结构示意图,分析了其工作原理,并对点种器结构和主要参数进行了确定。同时,分析了该种点种器正常工作状态下,排种勺的取种、投种等工作过程,建立其动力学模型,得出了舀种勺式半精量点种器的种子室、圆盘、取种勺的最优化设计。根据田间试验的数据分析表明,点种器正常工作时,内盘旋转的角速度范围是0.58~0.81r/s。
This article builds the structure schematic diagram of the ware which is dibbled in the seeds to half smart volume in spoons for getting seeds, analysises its working principle and confirms the constructure and the main parameter. Theoretical analysis of the seed grasping and dropping working process when the the seeding apparatus is under normal operation condition,which led to the establishment of a mechanics dynamics model. Then,we get a optimal design of the seed room, disk, seeding apparatus of the ware which is dibbled in the seeds to half smart volume in spoons for getting seeds. According to the date of performance tests in the field, the angular velocity range of inner disk is from 0.58 revolutions per second to O. 81 revolutions per second when the the seeding apparatus is under normal operation condition.
