摘要
为了利用机器视觉技术对哈密大枣进行全表面分级检测,设计了适合哈密大枣的滚子式翻转传输装置。介绍了装置的工作原理,并对翻转传输装置的关键部件参数进行计算,得到了可靠的翻转传输装置模型;同时分析了哈密大枣在滚子上的运动以及受力情况。
In order to ensure full surface inspection during the procession of detectihng and grading the Hami big jujube based on machine vision technology, the conveying device with rotating mechanism of roller that is suit for Hami big jujubes has been designed, introduced the working principle of the device, the parameters of key components on the conveying device with rotating mechanism have been calculated, have a reliable model of the conveying device with rotating mechanism,and analysised the movement and force when the Hami big jujube was on the roller.
