摘要
主要介绍了喷雾性能试验台测试与控制系统的研究与设计。同时,提出了通过数字图像处理和最小二乘法测量喷雾雾锥角、采用超声波精确测距技术进行喷雾均匀性检测以及应用传感器融合技术获取液泵性能参数的理论和方法。由计算机与PLC系统实现实时监控。本试验台的试验条件满足国家标准要求,能自动完成各种类型的农业植保用液力喷杆式喷雾机喷头及液泵的性能试验。
The article introduces the test and control system research and design of sprayer performance experimental platform. It presents theory and method of measuring spray angel by digital image processing and least square method, adopting ultrasonic precision ranging to test spray average and using sensor synergetic technology in order to obtain performance parameters of liquid pump. Real-time monitor is implemented by computer and PLC system. Experimental con- dition of platform accord with national standard. The platform can automatically complete performance experiment of various styles of agricultural plant protecting hydraulic boom sprayer nozzle and liquid pump.
