摘要 农业机械是农业生产力中最具活力的要素。加快发展农业机械自动化是国民经济和社会发展的客观要求,同时相应地对农业机械作业状态的检测也是农业机械化发展的必然要求。为此,为检测大棚作业时松土深度是否能达到作物生长深度要求,设计了一种基于STM32单片机与HC-SR04超声波测距模块的棚室作业深度检测系统。该系统完成了硬件电路的设计、软件实现与试验测量,并实时检测土壤耕深。实验室模拟试验结果以及误差分析表明,该系统能够很好地满足旋耕机耕深的测量要求。 Agricultural machinery is the most dynamic factor in agricultural productivity, accelerating the development of agricultural machinery automation is the objective requirement of the national economic and social development, at the same time the corresponding to the agricultural machinery testing also is the inevitable requirement of the development of agricultural mechanization. In this paper, for the detection of greenhouse operation loosening depth to crop growth depth requirements, designed one kind based on the STM32 single-chip microcomputer and HC-SR04 ultrasonic ranging module in the operating depth detection system. The system has completed the hardware circuit design, software realization and experimental measurements, can be detected in real time of soil deep tillage. Laboratory simulation test results and error analysis show that the system can meet the measurement requirements of rotary tilling depth.
