摘要
高校科技领军人物是高校优化科研组织、实现持续发展的灵魂性人物,各校都给予了高度重视.本文从领军人物的理想定义出发,以实证方法从外因、内因和内外相互作用3个方面讨论了领军人物成长的规律性问题,提出外因至少包括社会主流意识、社会资源、高素质群体、重大科研机遇等;内因主要有忧患意识、前瞻意识、调整方向意识、团队建设意识及能力等;内外因的相互作用中,特别强调了外因对领军人物成长的重要性.
Universities pay high attention to science and technology leaders because they will inspire the optimal organizations and development of science and technology for universities. By giving the definition of science and technology leader, the growth law is discussed with empirical analysis method, including internal causes, external causes, and the interaction between internal causes and external causes. The external causes include main ideology of society, social resources, high-quality groups and significant research opportunities. The internal causes are precarious awareness, forward-looking awareness, adjusting direction awareness and team building awareness and ability. The interaction of internal causes and external causes is analyzed, with particular emphasis on the important influence of external causes for the growth of science and technology leaders.
