摘要
从古汉语对"蒸"、"烝"字的释义入手,结合现代医学枢纽龄学说,认为变蒸学说不仅仅表现在变蒸时期是否有定时发热现象,而更多表现了儿童从量变到质变的生长发育过程。对于变蒸过程中出现周期性的发热应与病理性发热分别论治,为临床预防和治疗小儿发热提供理论依据。
Based on the explanation of ＂蒸＂ and ＂烝＂ in ancient Chinese language and combined with modern medicine,this paper views that ＂changing steaming＂ theory not only lies in fever at fixed time in the ＂changing steaming＂ period,but also lies in growth and development in children from quantitative change to qualitative change.Treatment of periodic fever and pathological fever should be differentiated respectively in the ＂changing steaming＂ period,in order to provide the basic theory to clinical prevention and treatment for infant fever.
