摘要
目的:研究β-环糊精包合通管颗粒中混合挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:采用饱和水溶液法制备包合物,通过正交试验设计对包合工艺条件进行优选,并采用薄层色谱法对包合物进行验证。结果:最佳挥发油包合工艺条件为:挥发油∶β-环糊精∶水(1∶8∶80),包合温度50℃,搅拌时间120 min。结论:优选的包合工艺操作简便、工艺稳定、挥发油包合率和包合物得率高。
Objective: To obtain the optimum inclusion technology of volatile oil from "Tongguan Granule" with β-cyclodextrin(β-CD).Methods: The inclusion compounds was prepared by saturated peroxide solution method and characterized by thin layer chromatography(TLC).Orthogonal design was applied to optimize preparation conditions.Results: The optimum conditions for inclusion process were as follows: the ratio of volatile oil(ml) to β-CD(g) was 1 ∶8;the ratio of amount of water to β-CD was 80 ∶1;the inclusion temperature was 50 ℃and clathrationtime was 120 min.Conclusion: This inclusion process is simple,stable and reliable,and of a high inclusion rate and a high yield of inclusion compound.
