摘要
大学生心理健康及其教育已经成为社会、高校、家庭和大学生自身所关心的重要议题。通过分析当前高校心理危机与预防工作的进展及存在问题,强调构建大学生心理危机预防与干预体系的重要性,并提出:要着力构建高校大学生心理危机的监控报送体系;引入学校社会工作机制,形成大学生心理危机的个案管理体系;强化学生心理危机的五级防护网络体系,加强大学生朋辈辅导;加强资源整合,构建大学生心理危机预防与干预的社会协同机制。
The psychological health and education of college students＇ has become the important issue in societies,universities,families.This paper analyzes the development and issues of psychological crisis prevention,and stresses the importance of building psychological crisis prevention and intervention system,then proposes： monitoring system of college students＇ psychological crisis should be established;the school-social work mechanism should be introduced and case management system for college students＇ psychological crisis should be formed;five protection network system and peer counseling for college students＇ psychological crisis should be strengthened;integration of resources should be enhanced and social coordination mechanism for college students＇ psychological crisis prevention and intervention system should be established.
