妇产科护理常见风险的预防和处理

目的分析妇产科护理中存在的风险,制定合理的防范措施,以保障产妇与婴儿的健康与安全。方法选择于2011年3月～2012年3月在广州市越秀区妇幼保健院住院的120例产妇,将制定风险防范措施之前的60例作为对照组,将采取风险防范措施之后的60例设为观察组,回顾两组患者的临床资料。针对妇产科护理风险的因素(患者对相关知识的缺乏、护理人员工作量的增大、护理人员工作能力参差不齐、医疗设备与药物的不合理使用),我们在护理中采取以下措施:加强对产妇相关知识的普及教育、加强了对护理人员的职业技能培训、增强护患沟通、加强对医疗设备与药品的监管方面进行了改善。对比两组患者的满意度、投诉率与医疗失误的发生次数。结果对照组产妇在住院期间投诉22例,投诉率36.6%(22/60),患者对护理的满意度为50.0%(30/60),医疗失误发生8次,采取风险防范措施后,观察组产妇在住院期间投诉4例,投诉率6.6%(4/60),患者对护理的满意度为93.3%(56/60),医疗失误发生0次,组间差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学分析妇产科护理中存在的风险因素,制定科学的防范措施,是减少医疗失误、降低患者投诉,提高患者满意度的重要途径。

Objective To analyze the risk factor of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,take develop reasonable preventive measures, and protect the health and safety of puerpera and infant. Methods 120 cases of puerpera were chosen from March 2011 to March 2012, 60 cases before the risk prevention measures were developed as the control group, and another 60 cases after the risk prevention measures were as the observation group, the clinical data of the two groups were reviewed, and found the risk factors that can cause obstetrics and gynecology nursing risks include the following areas： The lack of relevant knowledge of patients, the increase of nurses workload, low nurses＇ ability to work, irrational use of medical equipment and drugs, in view of the above risk factors, we developed the following measures： maternal knowledge propaganda, vocational skills training of nurses, enhance communication, supervision of medical equipment and drugs, compare the satisfaction, rate of complaints and medical mistakes. Results During hospitalization, the control group＇s complaints are 22 times, rates of complaints was 36.6%（22/60）, the satisfaction of the patients was 50.0%（30/60）, 8 medical blunders, after risk prevention measures were developed, the observation group＇s complaints were 4 times, rates of complaints was 6.6%（4/60）, the satisfaction of the patients was 93.3 %（56/60）, 0 medical blunder, there was significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Scientific analysis of the presence of risk factors in obstetrics and gynecology nursing, development scientific preventive measures, and an important way to reduce medical errors and patient complaints and improve patient satisfaction.
