民族地区县级政府电子政务发展研究

Study on the E-government Development of County in Ethnic Minority Areas

电子政务作为现代信息技术与政府管理活动的结合,已经被越来越多地应用到政府改革与制度创新的过程中。我国民族地区县级政府的特殊行政生态,决定了其发展电子政务的独特性。如何更快更好地发展民族地区县级政府电子政务,成为加快我国电子政务发展必须要解决的问题。文章通过分析研究民族地区县级政府电子政务发展中的突出问题,借鉴国内外电子政务发展的成功经验,并结合民族地区特殊的行政环境,进而提出加快民族地区县级政府电子政务发展的对策建议。

E-government as a modern information technology with a combination of government activities have been increasingly applied to the process of government reform and institutional innovation. The special administrative ecology of the county government of China＇s ethnic minority areas determines the uniqueness of the e-government development. How to develop a faster and better county e-government in ethnic minority areas is a problem to be solved immediately. From the analysis of the serious problems of county e-government development in the ethnic areas , this paper draws on the successful experiences of the e-government development at home and abroad , and combines the national special administrative environment , then proposes the suggestions to speed up the e-government development in ethnic county.
