产业投资基金支持下的水技术产业集群发展研究

The Exploration of China’s Water Technology Industry Cluster:from the Perspective of Industrial Investment Funds for Financial Support

从水技术特性出发,探讨水技术产业集群发展的理论可行性,分析其缺乏金融支持的原因,针对水技术产业集群形成过程中可能遭遇的"资本短缺"发展瓶颈,提出设立水技术产业投资基金,"资本驱动"水技术创新集群和人才集群,最后给出相关政策建议,旨在为加快我国水技术产业快速发展提供参考。

This thesis , from the characteristics of Water technology discusses the theoretical feasibility of developing Water-technology industrial cluster and analyze the causes of its lacking financial support. Then industrial investment funds are set in view of the possible obstacles caused by ＂ capital shortage ＂ in its course to form Water-technology industrial cluster , use capital to drive innovations and talents cluster. Finally , several related policies are suggested to give references to speed up the development of Water-technology industry.
