摘要
在当前中国进行的城市更新中,大部分的更新过程和机制都存在着失衡问题,无论是在城市更新的信息过程还是在激励以及利益的分配等过程中,越来越多的问题需要我们去关注。城市更新的机制失衡问题会严重影响资源配置的效率以及城市更新的效益,文章以当前城市更新的失衡问题为出发点,就当前中国城市更新中暴露出来的信息失衡、激励不相容、利益分配冲突以及其他制约因素进行分析,并探讨优化管理的策略。
Most procedures and mechanism are unbalance in the current process of China ’ s urban renewal. More and more attention should be paid in these matters like unsymmetrical information , incentive incompatibility , unfair interest distribute and so on. The unbalance of mechanism has a very important impact on the efficiency of resources distribution and the benefit of renewal. This paper starting with the unbalance problems in the urban renewal , tries to find out optimize and supervise tactics by means of analyzing the unsymmetrical information , incentive incompatibility , interest distribute conflict and other restrict elements.
