瞬时受体电位通道家族M8型受体:肥胖干预的新靶点 被引量:1

摘要 肥胖是由于机体能量代谢失衡,能量摄入大于消耗而导致体脂的过量沉积。肥胖是高血压、2型糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等的重要危险因素,不仅与脂肪代谢异常有关,也是代谢综合征的主要组分和病理生理基础。随着社会经济的发展和生活方式的改变,国内外肥胖发病率显著增加,据统计我国居民超重率为17.6%,肥胖率为5.6%,超重及肥胖人群已接近总人口的四分之一。
