摘要
针对某高速动车组拖车车轮的疲劳强度问题,采用有限元方法建立了轮对有限元模型。结合EN 13979-1—2003的强度校核方法,分析了车轮在直线、曲线及道岔3种运行工况下车轮考察部位的动应力变化范围,探讨车轮的疲劳强度评定方法。结果表明,各工况下车轮考察部位的最大应力范围均在许用动应力范围之内,最大应力出现于轮毂孔区域,达到331.66 MPa,满足EN 13979的疲劳强度要求。
Aimed at fatigue strength problem of a certain high-speed EMUs trailer wheel, FEM model of trailer wheelset was established based on FEM method. Combined with the fatigue strength check method presented in standard EN13979-1-2003, dynamic stress ranges of several investigated parts of the wheel were obtained when the trailer wheel ran on tangent track, negotiated curved track and passed through turnout respectively, and the wheel fatigue strength evaluation method was discussed. Analysis results showed that the wheel maximal stress had reached 331.66 MPa, which appeared on the area of hub bore; and for each work condition, maximum stress was under allowable stress, which could meet the fatigue stress requirements of standard EN13979.
