摘要
选取10个平菇栽培料配方,以平菇生产中习惯用单纯棉籽壳的配方为对照,筛选出适宜平菇高产且产出/投入比高的栽培料配方。通过对产量的分析,配方2:棉籽壳48%,玉米芯40%,麸皮10%,石灰1%,石膏1%优于对照;通过产出/投入的比值分析,添加玉米芯的配方3、配方4、配方2和配方1均优于对照。通过对虫害发生率的调查,栽培料中加入杂木屑的配方,虫害发生率仅为5%,大大低于对照。
The formula of cottonseed hull is used in control groups as a conventional substrate in cultivation of pleurotus ostreatus. 10 different culture medium formula were chosen to screen the formula which has better yield and higher input/output by experiments. The result showed that formula 2 （cottonseed hull 48%, corncob 40%, wheat bran 10%, lime 1%, gypsum 1%） was better than control group in yield analysis, and formula 3, 4, 2, 1 were all higher in input/output analysis, and adding hardwood chips in culture medium formula, insect pest only 5 %, significantly lower than the control.
