北京设施农业发展的问题与对策研究

Research on problems and countermeasures of facility agriculture development in Beijing

在北京设施农业建设的实践与创新过程中,暴露出一些问题,如科研资金投入不足、产业化发展程度低、配套设施建设不完善以及技术人员缺乏等问题,阻碍了北京设施农业的进一步发展。笔者从北京设施农业发展现状分析入手,剖析主要问题,并提出加大科研投入力度、大力推进产业化经营、加强人员培训、建立风险补偿机制等建议。

With the deepening of the practice and innovation of agricultural facilities in Beijing （AFB）, a series of counter-productive elements emerge, which is unfavorable for the development of the AFB. These elements include lack of research funding, low level of standardization, imperfect infrastructure construction and being short of technical personnel, which slow down and restrict the development of the AFB seriously. The author analyses these main issues based on the current develop ment status of the AFB and puts forward the suggestions on increasing scientific research investment, boosting industrialization operation, enhancing employment training, introducing risk compensation system, etc.
