摘要
在分析大量油源供电电瓶电流数据的情况下,对火炮自动装弹系统进行了故障分析。应用MATLAB工具画出霍尔电流传感器采集到的自动装弹机工作时电流变化时域图,对比分析了有无故障情况下电流响应信号的规律,初步判断出故障的原因,再利用小波对自动装弹机的6个动作进行12层分解,最终判断出故障产生的原因。测试结果表明,以电流信号作为识别故障的方法,能快速地对自动装弹系统进行故障诊断。
A large number of electric current data of the oil source supply battery were anal sized to get the fault reasons of the automatic reloading system of artillery. The instant current signal was picked with Hall current sensor while the reloading system was working, and the time domain figure was drawn with MATLAB tools. By the comparison of the current response signal with and without faults, the fault rea- son was judged preliminarily. Then by decomposing the signal of the autoloader's 6 actions to 12 layers with the method of wavelet, the fault reason was determined ultimately. The test result demonstrates that the method to recognize faults through the current signal can realize the rapid fault recognition of the auto- matic reloading system of artillery.
