摘要
为了改善某大口径榴弹发射器的自动机和供弹机构性能,建立了自动机和供弹机构的虚拟样机模型,进行了自动机和供弹机构运动性能分析,并完成了供弹机构的杠杆凸轮轮廓曲线的参数化建模与参数灵敏度分析。建立了自动榴弹发射器供弹机构优化模型,应用多岛遗传算法进行了多目标优化,使自动机后坐到位能量提高7.39%,拨弹滑板拨弹到位自动机能量提高45.39%。该研究为供弹机构的凸轮轮廓曲线的结构优化提供了新方法,同时为进一步进行供弹机构的工程样机改进提供了参考。
To improve the performances of the automatic mechanism and feeding mechanism of a kind of large caliber grenade launcher, the virtual prototype models of the automatic mechanism and the feeding mechanism were built up, the movement performance analysis of the automatic mechanism and feeding mechanism were carried out, and the parametric modelling and sensitivity analysis of parameters for lever- age cam contour curves of feeding mechanism were accomplished. The optimization model of feeding mechanism for automatic grenade launcher was set up, and the multi-objective optimization was performed by use of the multi-island genetic algorithm, so that the energy of the automatic mechanism recoiled to po- sition was increased by 7.39 ~//0, and the energy of the automatic mechanism was increased by 45.39% when slide block was fed in place. This research can provide an effective method for structural optimiza- tion of the cam contour curves of the feeding mechanism, and can also provide a reference for the further improvement of engineering prototype of the feeding mechanism.
