经纬仪调平对心系统总体设计

摘要 为实现经纬仪在操作中自动化操作,提高经纬仪方位测角精度。对具有调平误差补偿功能的经纬仪自动调平对心系统进行总体设计研究;选用高精度的倾角传感器作为水平倾斜检测传感器,保证了调平误差补偿的有效性;利用面阵CCD,采用数字图像处理方法定位站点圆形标记中心,对心测量精度可达到亚像素级,为经纬仪精确对心提供了可能。试验结果表明:在满足经纬仪调平对心实现自动化操作的同时,对心精度可达到0.04mm,经调平误差补偿后的方位测角精度较传统手动操作精度有所提高。满足对经纬仪测量精度和自动化的要求。 To realize the theodolite automation in the process of operating, and to improve the azimuth angle measurement accuracy, the overall design of the theodolite automatic leveling and centering system with leveling error compensation was performed. A kind of high precision tilt sensors was taken as the horizontal skew detection sensors to ensure the effectiveness of the leveling error compensation. Aiming round mark center was located by use of digital image processing method through surface array CCD, and the leveling measurement precision can reach the sub-pixel level. Thus it is possible to carry out the the- odolite accurate centering. The experimental results showed that the system can not only realize automatic operation, but also the centering accuracy can arrive at 0.04mm. The measurement precision of the orien- tation angle after leveling error compensation was improved compared with the traditional manual operation. Automatic leveling and centering system of theodolite can satisfy the requirements of the measuring precision and automation.
