摘要
在火炮膛压测试系统中,测试误差影响测试数据的精确度,消除和减少其对测试结果的影响至关重要。讨论了火炮膛压测试系统中引起误差的因素,深入分析这些因素产生的原因及对测试结果产生的影响。通过对误差来源的分析,提出几种相应的方法与措施来消除和减少测试误差。在实际应用过程中,采用多项抗干扰措施抑制复杂干扰,修正膛压测试系统中的误差,提高膛压测试系统的抗干扰能力和控制误差影响,从而增加系统的稳定性和数据采集的准确性。
In the pressure testing system of gun, testing errors affect the accuracy of the testing data. To eliminate and reduce influences of testing error is crucial for the result of test. Firstly, the gun pressure test system error caused by factors are discussed, deeply analysis of these factors cause and influence on test results. On the basis of error source, some corresponding methods and measures to eliminate and re- duce test error were put forward. In practical processing, using a number of anti-interference measures of inhabit of complex interference, and correct pressure error testing system, improve ability of the pressure testing system anti-interference and control the effect of error , thus increasing the stability of the system and the accuracy of data acquisition.
