A Research into the Accepting and hearing of Foreign-related Disputes in Newly-established Arbitration Committee

本文针对仲裁法实施后新组建的仲裁机构可否受理涉外仲裁案件问题上存在的一些分歧 ,论证了新仲裁机构受理涉外仲裁案件的必要性和可能性 ,同时提出问题并找出相应的对策。文章认为 ,新仲裁机构不仅可以而且应该受理涉外仲裁案件。

After the execution of Arbitration Law, there are some diverences on whether the newly-established arbitration committees can accept the foreign-related disputes, according to this, the article demonstrates the neccessity and possibility of accepting foreign-related disputes by the newly-established arbitration committees. It also puts foruard some solutions to those questions. The article holds the idea that the newly-established arbitration committees not only can but also should accept the foreign-related disputes.
